How To Handle Stress And Pressure At Work?

Sir i am talathi in revenues dept .i have lot of work tress now a days i am feeling lot of presssure on my mind .just i also checked my bp which is shows 140/100 .sir i am just 27 years .old now i getting very tressful .my weight is 68 kg and height is 165 cm.so sir please guide me

Hi Talathi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
It appears from your description that you could be having higher blood pressure due to stress and pressure at work.
This can be managed best by doing certain lifestyle modifications as follows:
1. Morning brisk walk for about 30 to 40 minutes regularly.
2. Practice of meditation in the evening for about 30 minutes.
3. Eating healthy diet along with consumption of good quantities of water and low salt intake.
4. Make sure to take rest adequately and sleep for about 6 to 8 hours per day.
5. Participate in some recreational activities more frequently to divert work related stress.
