Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. As you describe there are many scratches, and over all body pains. It shows, there is already infection, in the scratches. I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, diclofenac sodium, and paracetamol.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
