How To Heal A Paining Lump Near Anus?

Hi I fell about three weeks ago and it hurts to sit which is to expect, but just recently noticed that the pain is coming from a lump or swollen something that is hard, next to my anus. It hurts to touch and iI have to sit just right. It is only on one side. What could this be.

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have hemorrhoids (piles). You should go for per rectal examination by general surgeon. Drink plenty of water. Take high fiber diet. Avoid constipation. Local anesthetic gel like xylocaine can be used for pain relief. If medical treatment does not help then surgery is the treatment of choice. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
