How To Heal Abdominal Cramp And Nausea During Periods?

I got married on 20 december. my first periods wer due on 24 and they were quiet normal without any pain. however I am having severe cramps and nausea feeling since last week, as per 28 days cycle my periods wer due on 20 january. but i bleeding started today in morning i.e. on 23 January. my question is why i am having so much cramps and nausea feelings since last week

Cramps and nausea during menstruation after wedding indicates sexual activity resulting in Infections Like UTI and PIDs to be on the top and it needs a gynecologist consult. Meanwhile simple antispasmodics like phloroglucinols and metronidazoles with topical hygiene gels with good post coital and toilet hygiene and every thing will be fine.Newly weds have these symptoms very common as adventure is sexual life leads to new unhealthy unrecommended ways of coital episodes.
