How To Heal Acne Completely?

i have acne problems for around 20 years since my teen days. i used to take isotretinoin and antibiotics and these are just relief. unfortunately my acne cannot go away forever.after the drug effect they always come back. i need to be healed. plz help

Thank you for query.there is no permanent cure for acne.As they depend on hormonal effects, sebaceous gland secretion etc.It gradually reduces with age usually in both severity and appearance.So only good control can be acheived by regular face wash with cleanser,topical keratolytics and antibiotics, if necessary oral antibiotics.treat if any dandruff with ketoconazole shampoos.I do not recommend isotretinoin for long term.You can get back directly to me for any clarifications with the photos.Dr Bharatesh D Basti Dermatologist and Venereologist
