How To Heal An Open Cystic Spot Wound?
I have had 3 pilonidal cysts previously, one lanced and packed by a doctor. The last one burst on its own and leaked a foul-smelling discharge for quite some time (wore panty liners). There seems to be an indentation or hole and there is odor, clear discharge and itching. What can I do?

A pilonidal cyst with infection needs to be debride with surgery and then antibiotics support for few days. Please discuss this with your doctor.It will heal in 7 days.
