Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hello
It seems from the history that you are having redness and watering of eye since last 15 months.
This can be because of chronic conjunctivitis or because of obstruction to drainage of tears leading to dacryocystiyis.
The treatment for conjunctivitis is by use of antibiotic eye drops and for dacryocystitis is by surgery in the form of dacryocystorhinostony to reestablish the drainage.
Hence I advice you to consult ophthalmologist for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
