Hi doctor i m ravi from Noida. From last few days i m having more sex with my wife. So by doing this i have few cuts on cap of my panis with lots of pain, when i try to open the cap of panis then it provide me lot of pain so can you suggest me any cream or tablet....

Tear in prepuce may be due to lack of lubrication/rough handling /recurrent balanoposthitis causing contraction of foreskin. So, please provide details regarding any itching/pain/discharge for further suggestion. All the best. Mean while any antibiotic cream locally will help you a lot with rest.
