How To Heal Severe Headache?

My girlfriend is having a severe pain in her head since two days which was before on the left side of her head just shifted on the right side. The episodes are recurrent and i just gave her Arinac forte. What if I give her optalidon after three hours? Is there a stronger antihistamine?

Recurrent severe headache looks to be migraine episode.
There is always some triggering factor for it.
It usually occurs after disturbed sleep,diet pattern,stress,anxiety and any unfavorable condition in the routine life.
She has to start nsaid with flunarizine to subside the headache.
Long course of flunarizine will be helpful to reduce episodes.
Nsaid injection is advisable to subside severe headache.
Be watchful for triggering factor.
Consult your family physician for further guidance.
