How To Heal Severe Sun Burn With Skin Roughness?
Hi, I got a really bad sunburn from going to the beach a couple of days ago, and it's healed a little bit and it doesn't hurt as much.. But my skin feels really rough now and I think it's starting to peel a little bit also. And it also has these green spots in the areas. Is this normal?

Sunburn usually heals with exfoliation/peeling of dead skin. This is normal. this should usually subside in 2-3 days.
Skin peeling sometimes can be discomforting if it is excessive and sometimes gives a feeling of tightness and encasement. In such a case I would suggest that you use a topical moderately potent topical steroid twice daily for 5 days.
