How To Heal Sunburn Associated Sickness,nausea,stomach Upset And Muscle Pain?

good day. i have been out in the sun a day ago, not very badly sunburned, but now i feel very sick, i feel nauseous and my stomach is upset, also my body hurts in the muscles, i did not hydrate very much when i was in the sun, what can it be and what can i do?

Hello & Welcome to HCM,
I had gone through your case and these symptoms are might be sun stroke effect. I will advice to take rest, take liquid with glucose and salt as much as possible. For nausea take Tablet Domperidone and for stomach upset take Tablet Norflox TZ for 3 days 2times a day with Tab.Rentidine. Light and nonliy meal meal.Hope My answer will effective for you.
