My 3yr old daughter woke up with her left eye closed shut with almost puss like stuff and its also swollen all around her eye. She recently had a fever that turned into a cold and now she has a ear infection in hr left ear. My question is how do I help heal her left eye?

Hello it seems from the history that your daughter is having infection of the eye most probably acute conjunctivitis or cellulitis of skin of eyelid.
The treatment is by use of antibiotics and antiinflammatory drugs.
Since it has caused ear infection and is just 3 years old she requires treatment under supervision of doctor for adequate and effective treatment.
