How To Heal The Pain Caused In Head/occipital Bone And Ears By Sinus Headache?

2 weeks ago I had a bad cold with fever and sinus headache, now my head feel like it is going to pop when I lean forward. It hurts in the back of head/occipital bone and ears. My nose is no longer stuffy or running. My head is just in a lot of pain and it makes me tired

Thank you for the post on HCM.
I have reviewed your history as you had symptoms of Upper respiratory tract infection with the symptoms of Sinusitis.
With your history it is evident that you are having problem of Frontal and maxillary sinus. Because of previous infection you are having ear pain also.
I would like to advise my patients with this symptoms are
1.Hot Fumes inhalation with Synerest
2. Oral Antibiotics for 5days
The inhalation plays vital role in sinusitis. You can follow these advise your symptoms will improve.
