How To Heal The Wound On Penis Oozing Out White Fluid?
I have a wound on my penis that forms a white goo substance over it every night. I got a small wound from extended intercourse about two weeks ago. I noticed small amount of blood and was very raw and sore. The small cut got infection so I cleaned with hydrogen peroxide and applied polysporin. Seemed to be healing fine but now instead of forming a scab it keeps making the white fluid out of the wound. Don't know what to do.

I really appreciate your concern, now just stop applying the hydrogen peroxide this would delay the healing in my opinion it is best to treat this lesion with the following medicines
1) Tab ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice in day
2) Povidone ointment
