How To Heal White Puss Filled Bumps Clustered Together In Between Thigh And Vaginal Area?

I went jogging and I could feel AS I WAS JOGGING, a pain starting to form in between my thigh and vaginal area. Now, 2 days later, there is white puss filled bumps clustered together in that area. It is irritated because my panties sit right on top of it. Could this be more than an infected hair follicle? I've had once before in same area but closer to buttocks about a year ago.

Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

I would keep a possibility of bacterial infection of the hair follicle/folliculitis.

I would suggest that you get a prescription for an oral antibiotic from your local care practitioner. My choice of antibiotics would be either Amoxycillin or Cefadroxil for a week.

An OTC antibacterial e.g 2% mupirocin twice daily would help in addition to the oral antibiotic.

An OTC painkiller e.g ibuprofen, twice or thrice daily would help you symptomatically in dealing with the pain and discomfort.
