How To Identify The Period Cycle?

i I have a question about my monthly cycle. I am tryn to determine if my period is late. My last period was no.30th. The month before that I started on. Nov.3rd and the month before that was oct.7th. My husband and I had intercourse on dec 14 through the 16th to try and hit our fertility days but we were just guessing on those dates.
