Hi, me and my fiance are trying to conceive a child and she ovulates feb12th. I was wonder what can I do to increases those chances by then. We have had 2 failed attempts and we would like the third time to me the charm. Please any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I understand your concern. see, increase chances of conceiving naturally is generally upon choosing the period properly when your sperms will have the maximum chance of fertilising the ovum. it is generally counted by taking into account the lady's menstrual histories and we call it the safe period method. even if trying accordingly does not succeed and you are not successful for 1 year after trying unprotected sex, then you should visit a gynaecologist for further investigations and management.
