How To Improve Energy Levels Post An Abortion?

Hi I had an abortion 2 weeks ago - at 13.5 weeks. I am so fatigued. I cannot get up in the morning and pretty much sleep all day. I am starting a new job in a week and waking up at 7 am seems impossible at this point. Is there anything I can do to raise my energy level? Supplements for high energy? I cannot focus either. Aderall?

Hi,

First and foremost, it is important to give your body time to recover after an abortion, both physically and emotionally. It is common to feel fatigued and emotional during this time.

Here are some things you can do to help improve your energy levels:
* Eat a healthy, balanced diet: Eating a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein can provide the nutrients your body needs to function properly and improve energy levels.
* Stay hydrated: Drinking enough water can help you feel more alert and energized.
* Exercise: Even light exercise, such as taking a walk, can help improve energy levels and boost mood.
* Get enough sleep: It is important to get enough sleep each night, ideally 7-8 hours, to help your body recover and feel more energized during the day.
* Manage stress: Stress can contribute to fatigue and feelings of exhaustion. Consider incorporating stress-reducing techniques such as meditation, yoga, or deep breathing exercises into your daily routine.

Regarding supplements, it is important to talk to your healthcare provider before taking any supplements or medications. They can guide what may be safe and effective for you. It is also important to avoid using medication such as Adderall without a prescription and guidance from a healthcare provider.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
