Please consult your doctor for erythropoietin.
It prevents anemia and also helps in Red cell formations.
Take IFA tablets.
Also take calcium supplements.
Take your medicines as advised by your doctor.
Also tell your doctor about medicines which cause allergy to you.
Limit phosphorus, salt, pptassium and liquids.
Take protein rich diet like pulses, beans, eggs etc.
If low weight, take extra calories.
Consult your dietician for help about fluids.
