I'm in my 7th month of pregnancy. I hate milk and I follow a normal diet plan. Need suggestions on my diet as my dairy products intake is very less..My doctor is upset that my hemoglobin count has gone down...it is 9.6 right now. I'm 30 yrs and weigh 76 kgs and my height is 5'4 - Preethi

Dairy is not a great source of iron to replenish your deposits and improve your hemoglobin levels. I would suggest an increase in red meats, chicken... and would prescribe and Iron Supplement. Would check folic acid and vitamin B12 serum levels too
