How To Improve Hormonal Levels And Pain In Bones And Joints?

Hello, I feel 30 years older. My bones, joints, crack and hurt, edema is horrible, I stumble and wobble. It is embarrassing. I dont feel 40. I had a total hysterectomy 4 years ago and this started 3 months after surgery. It is still this way with the exception that I was thrown into pain medications, which I am now weaning off completely but nobody has given me ANY hormone replacement, in fact, everyone tells me I dont need anything- I dont agree. My levels are: estrogen 19, progesterone 0, testosterone 0, vitaminD 6. I can t take this anymore. My past bloodowrk PRE hysterectomy was: estrogen 35, progesterone in the 10 s, testosterone 60, vitamin D 19. I want ME back for the sake of my daughter.

If you are 40 years old, you should be on hormone replacement till the age of 45. As hysterectomy is done already, you need to take estrogen only. Progesterone is not required. Along with that, take calcium and vitamin d supplements too. and also taking an antidepressant will help you especially in alleviating the hot flushes associated. Please do consult a physician before starting any of these medicines
