General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I appreciate your concern
your hemoglobin is on slightly lower side, you need not to worry it can be corrected with iron rich diet
In my opinion you should take lots of green leafy vegetables whole grain cereals dry fruits like cashews pistachios and roasted almonds.
Animal products like meat and related products like liver, egg, sprouts

You should avoid taking tea or coffee which inhibit iron absorption from stomach.
Vitamin C and multivitamin supplements

If it is a chronic problem than you need to address the underlying cause like bleeding, defective synthesis or increased demand.

Hope you will find my response helpful and informative Please feel free to ask for follow up questions
Best wishes
