How To Improve Muscle And Bone Strength?

HI..sir my name is rajesh...I`m 18 years of old. BUT my body growth is stopped since I was 14. I was about 5.3 at 14 and even after reaching 18 not have grown single inch and also my hand and leg bones are of age 14 only. Can you please give me solution of this problem
