hello sir,

i started masturbation when i was 15 now i am 25 , for 10 years i have been masturbating ,first it was fun but now i am suffering from all the side affect of it . i penis size has become too short less than one inch no erection, my testicle size also also became small some i feel it is there ans sometimes i don’t feel them. do you think i became impotent or there is some remedy and i can leave a normal sexual life. can this be completely treated without any problem in future

Masturbation is normal, natural and do not cause any physical problems. Excess masturbation can cause stress and tiredness. Penis size is not connected with masturbation. Testicle size is not a concern at all. You can lead a normal sexual life.
