How To Improve Quality Of Eggs To Get Healthy Baby?

I am 40 years. for 5 years now Ihave been trying to conceive.but was not happening because my tubes were blocked due to chlamydia infection. thank God after checking by a sono procedure the tubes were opened. that same month I got pregnant and seven weeks later I miscarried.my eggs are aging and want to have a boy what can I do to get the eggs in good quality for a healty baby.
