How To Improve Rapid Linear Progression In Semen Immediately?

Hi i am thomas, i have checked my semen analysis, my sperm count per ml is 112 million/ml and ejaculate 134.4 million/ejaculate. rapid linear progressive is 12%, sluggish linear progressive 30%, total forward progression 42%, how to improve my rapid linear progression immediately.. i am waiting for your answer...

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that your semen analysis has revealed Rapid Linear Progressive motile sperms to be 12%.

The grade one sperm (Rapid Progressive motile sperms )up to 12-15 % are within accepted range by most of the Infertility Centers all over the world to.impregnate wife.

Truly speaking there are no drugs invented so far to increase motility of sperms However Following measure will help you to increase and improve motility of sperms .
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday..
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking..
