How To Improve Sensitivity In Nipples And Vagina?
I have no feel or sensitivity at all inside of my actual vagina and very little sensitivity in my nipples, I don't feel any pleasure during sex except for when it goes really deep. What do I do about this, it's a really big problem for me and it bothers me?

I think you are trying to say you get excited only by deep penetration,
or you like it rough.
No need to worry, sexual preferences vary from person to person. Some prefer light, tingling and some need hardcore.
All you need to do is talk to your partner regarding your sexual needs,
