How To Improve Sperm Quality?

My semen look like water,and I am to much tens about this type of semen,2ndly my wife period pending +3 days,is it possible my wife pregnant? I had already 1 baby boy,my semen look weter jus 30 days,before 30 days my semen look like youghart,ans me plz,what can I do my semen look like healthy and is it possible my wife pregrant jus like watery semen? hi dear,
not think about medium of semen. quality of semen is important. semen has only one role and that is to produce child. and by looking at semen one can not say that you don't have a good quality of semen. for semen to know do semen examination in which motility and quantity of sperm count is important. and regarding pregnancy whether you do unprotected sex or not?
semen ejaculation inside vagina may result in pregnancy though what ever the medium of semen. consult gynecologist for the same.
