Hi, The report suggests hepatocellular jaundice and the levels are moderately high. The cause of liver damage needs to be assessed, for eg: alcohol, infections or inflammatory diseases. The enzyme levels of AST and ALT signifying hepatocytes injury. Bilirubin level is also raised. You need to get a serological workup for hepatitis infection if there is not history of alcohol. Also an ultrasound may also be necessary to identify any cysts, tumors etc. If more history is provided, i can help you more. Hope it helps.
Any further query, happy to help again.
