Hello,

Irregular periods needs to be treated first, visit a gynecologist. Get your anemia, PCOS, thyroid issues, PID, etc fixed. Your doctor will give you a low dose of CP.

Infertility treatment involves both partners. Both of you should stay at the same location (together).

Get done pap smear, ovulation tests, HSG, transvaginal USG, hysteroscopy/laparoscopy, CBC, STD tests etc. Men should get done a Seminal fluid test, STD tests. They should get treated for ED, hormonal problems & varicoceles, etc.

Both partners should stay away from addictions if any & take nutritious food.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
