How To Improve Weight?

Sir I am 21 year old,but i am very skinny but i am healthy and energetic,My parents are also skinny but I want to be normal and my weight is also underweight ...If this would continue how will be my life ?.....Please suggest me so that I should be Normal weight and doesn t look Skinny

Hello,
The weight and height depends on the genetic make up of a person . You can go for regular isometric exercises which increase the bulk of the muscles. Along with that have a rich proteinecious diet like milk, milk products, lean meat, soya bean.
You can drink whey protein with milk for 3 months.
Eat well and exercise well.
