How To Improve Workout Regime To Loose Weight Post Hip Replacement Surgery?

I am 69 years old. Have lost a total of 300 (three hundred) pounds to date. I need to lose an Additional 50 lbs and am STUCK! Have tried reducing calories even further (1000 at present) with no results. Due to hip replacement surgery my exercise level is greatly reduced right now. So what can I do?!

Start drinking warm ( little hot) water dipping all the time whenever you can. If you are taste neutral, please add Trifla coarse powder while boiling water. Taste will not be good. Okay get Triphala / or Trifla capsules and take 2 bid + 2 bid of Medohar guggul ( classic Ayurveda tablets) with at least 2 glasses of warm water. If you can please boil holy basil leaves in this water. 5-7 leaves at least everytime. No problem if leaves can't be boiled regularly.

It will start mobilising and shedding your fats naturally. May be some lose motions initially which will settle by itself. Gut will erase waste material sticking to it. No side effects. Totally safe.

It will help you 101%.
