How To Increase Appetite Of An Infant?

My daughter is 5 & half months old ... I am giving her formula .. I changed so many formulas and also seeing paediatrician & gastro doctor, however she is eating very less and gaining weight in very slow pace .. Nothing works for increasing her appetite .. Please suggest what i can do?

mothers milk is the best or pastured milk adding equal part with water and a spoon of sugar is nearer to mothers milk.
