Hello Doctor I am 54 years man ( height 5.8 inch ,weight 67kg.) & fitness freak ,avid trekker regularly doing yoga,skipping & jogging for the last 20 years. My question is that apart with exercise I want to increase my weight .Is it possible as I can t leave exercise for stamina.
