Hi,
Weight gain you will have to maintain proper nutritional supplementation to the body through diet and also start doing muscle or
weight training to gain muscle mass. Only eating is not a way to gain weight as it can cause increase in fat content in the body that is not healthy.
To increase weight it is better to try and increase muscle mass by doing weight training exercise and a good diet. If there is no gain in weight and if at all you experience
weight loss once get your
thyroid checked. You should eat a blend of carbohydrates,
proteins, and fats.
Add whole grains, rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes, clarified butter [in limits] and also milk, curds, tofu, eggs, and meat [if non-vegetarian] and nuts in the diet. Start weight training sessions under the supervision of a trained physical trainer.
Take proper sleep and drink plenty of water. You can also be advised
protein supplements but take only under supervision of a dietitian and in calculated doses.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
