How To Increase Chances Of Pregnancy?

Hello. My wife and I are trying to have a baby, and I saw some rumors on the internet that if you stay to long without ejaculation the semen becomes not good, is this true? Also what would be the time window for sex to have the best chance of pregnancy? Everyday or Every other day? Thank you

Hello,

No it's not true that semen is not good after long time.

If you had sex in between 11th to 20th day from day one of menstrual cycle, it will increase chances of pregnancy.

To increase chances you can use ovulation kit also and follow to that.
