How To Increase Height At The Age Of 16 ?

hello doctor , I am 16 years old,my height is not increasing.will there are chances that my height increase? what should i do to increase my height???

Hi
Yes for an other say 2 years you have span toincrease your height. The basic thing is to take balanced diet. Take a bit of more iron and vitamins and proteins. Do exercise regularly, Stretch exercises will help and you will have to maintain this tempo for two years only then the results will be seen. I believe there is no need of medication.
