General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You should take well balanced diet with more proteins(cereals), fruits, vegetables, milk and yoghurt. Along with this relaxed mind, exercises and good sleep is necessary. Exercise 30min a day for 5 days a week and sleep for 6-8 hours without any disturbances.

This will help in gaining weight.

Regards
