How To Increase Platelet Count While Suffering From Viral Fever?

Hi,I am Milan I was suffering from from viral fever last few days. Now, fever has come down and its normal. However I have checked my blood it says that my platelets counts are less its 1,39,000. Can you please suggest me what to do to increase my platelets count?

Drink orange juice. Acid taking NSAID pain killers as they could increase chances of bleeding. The Platelet count shall come back to normal one fever subsides as well.
