How To Increase Spearm Count ? Please Suggest Me
hi, I am Ramesh, my wife has gone with miss carring, i was precribed to have semine analysis test, i have gone through the test , results are spearm count 10.5 rapid progressive motility 15, slow 20 non progressive motility 20 non ortile 45, live sperm 77, dead 33, And final impression is Oligoaesthenospermia, Doctor suggested to take Coq forte for 1 month, fertyl M for 3 months. Please suggest me , is it ok with the prescribed. And how to increase spearm count

Avoid the stress that you have some defect in semen.
Take all good healthy diet,fruits,vegetable.
Avoid tight under garment.Medicines which contains Folic acid,B12,L-Carnitin,zinc,selenium,Vit-E,Vit-C is helpful to increase the count and motility.
Exercise,yoga will be helpful.
