Hi i m nomfundo i m trying to conceive so i just started using pregnacare before conception so i want to know how often should i have sex to better my chances of conceiving. I was on the conceiptive pill and its been 10 months now since i ve stopped using it.

try between 11th to 18th day of cycle to maximise chances of conception. ...provided u have regular cycle. .u can do serum tsh and serum prolactin as well..
