how can i treat virococele which right sided and how can i increase my low motility in case sperm count is 50millions per ml and morphology is 75 to 80% normal (alredy operated left virococele) and i still feeling uncomfortable when it absorb heat sorry next time because i havent scaner at thi time

Treatment of varicocele is surgical only You may have relapsed varicocele Please get microscopic varicocelectomy for sperm quality improvement
