How To Increase The Motility Of The Sperm?

i am from pondicherry
we are waiting for a child for 3 1/2 Years.
Myself has left testicle vericocele and has only 20 mill. count, 16 % - Actively motile, 74% - Non-motile, 10% - Slugishily motile, 3-5 puss cells and pus cast present.
My wife has irregular cycle.
Is it possible to improve the Actively motile now, during previous medication i already have 40% -Actively motile and 30 mill. count.

If you have has grade 2 and above varicocele, then I would advice surgery on it to improve sperm count. You could take tablets like paternia along with zinc supplements to improve sperm count and motility. Avoid bathing or showering in very hot water and wear loose clothes.
