How To Increase The Sperm ?

Hi, I am 24 years old male, actually my penis is not getting strong, when i met a doctor he said it cause may less of sperm. how to increase the sperm. is that possible if there is no sperm in body then penis will not get strong ? Is that the reason why penis is not getting strong. even i will push my self to do mustarbation but tis not getting strong finally after half hour the sperm will come out which is not thick and without penis getting strong please reply me

There is no basis for the statement your doctor has made. Penis will get hard due to blood supply and not with sperm. There is lot of difference b/w the 2. So if you are not able to get a good erection it is termed as Erectile Dysfunction. Hence you should be consulting a Urologist to get some help with this issue.
