How To Increase Weight Of A Baby?

Hi, I delivered my baby on 04/10/16 at 700grms and have been feeding BM but I started prenan at 2kg as I had to resume work. . She is 3.5kg now and I need to know how long she is to take Nan 1. i will also like to know what else will help her weight gain. Thanks

Hi,

Your baby should be feed on only milk for first 6 months of life. Breastfeeding milk is the best choice. You can introduce the solid foods first fruits and vegetables and then grains.

Firstly, you introduce fruit juices then you can give her blended. You should continue to give her milk too. She must continue the formula milk for a year then you may give her cow milk.
