There are Ayurvedic formulations which are natural aphrodisiacs and claimed to be effective in increasing the stamina, increasing the duration of sexual act, improving the performance, etc. But none of these medicines are proved to be SAFE and effective on several clinical trials. Hence, the FDA has not approved them to be used for the treatment of sexual problems like erectile dysfunction. However, you may get benefit from medicines like Sildenafil or Tadalfil which are proved to be effective and safe in general to enhance the sexual performance that is required required for a satisfactory sexual relations.
