How To Induce Bowel Movement In A Child?

my 5 yr old daughter had nausea but did nt throw up even ones . my dr adviced junior lanzal and domstal in empty stomach in the morning . I have given that for 4 days . she is much better now and not complaing of nausea . but she has not passed stools for 3 days . is this normal .? any remedy for that .?
