How To Induce Periods That Are Being Delayed?

i have taken gynaecosid on Saturday 5th july, but my periods did not started yet. my last period was on 16th may . and i missed one period. i got my pregnancy test one week back and it was negative plus i have done many times with strips and same got same results. so how to induce periods? is there a chance of disturbed cycle?
