Welcome to health care magic.

1.This report suggest an MRI after a trauma / injury to the foot.
2.There is abnormal signs in the tarsal and metatarsal bones - probably due to the trauma causing oedema in the bone.
3.Abnormal signal intensity indicates tendon injury / tear or inflammatory changes.
4.There is evidence of fluid in the joint space - its reactionary changes after infection / inflammation.
5.There is also soft tissue oedema seen in the adjacent muscle.
6.report suggest trauma / inflammatory changes - might need immobility for some time with antibiotic treatment. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
