How To Interpret Complete Blood Count Test Result?

My 14 year old son had a very bad headache and fever of 102 yesterday, I took him to his doctor and a CBC was done. The results are LY is 16.4, GR is 79.3, LY# is 0.8, MCHC is 32.4 and PLT is 109.
I am concerned because in May, he was hospitalized with Dengue Fever.

Hi
From the report its evident that your son is having bacterial infection causing raised neutrophils. However platelets are reduced which is of concern as falling platelet count warrants investigation for dengue/ malaria.
